We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our **call center** team located in **Laval**, Quebec. As a **call center agent specialized in purchasing**, you'll play an essential role in buying vehicles for our various branches and assisting in our day-to-day operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for people with a passion for the automotive industry and who enjoy providing exceptional customer service.

**What you’re responsible for**:

- Answering incoming calls related to the purchase of used vehicles
- Understanding the specific needs of our customers and offering personalized solutions
- Highlighting our unique business model and sustainability benefits
- Negotiating and concluding the purchase of cars, keeping in mind purchasing objectives and customer satisfaction
- Following up on pending customer requests related to sales and purchase

**Qualifications**
**To join our team**:

- You are bilingual in French and English**(required)
- You have previous call center experience (preferred)
- You have excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- You have excellent customer service and communication skills
- You have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
