**Quality Control**

Pioneer Construction is looking for loyal hard-working employees to join our team. We are looking for a Quality Control Administrator in the Kenora area. This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive wage and benefits package.

**JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Perform asphalt and aggregate quality control testing within a laboratory, at a project site, or out in the field
- Accurate completion of documentation both written and digitally
- Help to continuously improve processes and procedures
- Perform other duties as required

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Education**
- Experience in civil/mining engineering OR diploma/degree from civil/mining engineering program is required
- Valid G license is required
- Knowledge of asphalt testing or related experience is an asset

**Job Duties**:

- Ability to use hand tools and equipment required to perform the work
- Ability to lift in accordance with OHSA requirements
- Must have own means of transportation
- Ability to work long hours Including weekends at times
- Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Willing to travel to job sites with occasional overnight stays when required
- Capable of all physical requirements including lifting (up to 50lb), bending, climbing, etc.
- Ability to work out of town
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- Abide by all Company policies including, but not limited to the following: Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental, Human Resources policies
