We are looking for skilled and friendly waiters/waitresses to join our team This position plays a big part in creating and providing the best customer experience you can while maintaining a fun, relaxed atmosphere. Your ultimate goal should be to provide an exceptional guest experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service
- Greet customers and present menus and daily specials
- Make suggestions based on their preferences
- Take and serve food / drink orders
- Up-sell when appropriate
- Arrange table settings
- Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
- Check products for quality
- Deliver checks and collect payment
- Cooperate and communicate with all staff in a friendly and productive manner
- Support colleagues and staff during busy periods by helping them run food / drinks, time permitting
- Ensure established standards of cleanliness and sanitation are being met, as well as execute daily and weekly cleaning projects

Location and commitment
- Full-time and part-time roles available in beautiful Hope, BC
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Qualifications:

- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Active listening skills
- Customer-centric
- Knowledge of Squirrel system an asset but not required
- Ability to pass the Serving it Right course and obtain your certificate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $16.75 per hour
