We are a small, fast-growing startup based right here in the Durham region. While many businesses are shrinking during this economic slowdown, we’re doing the opposite — we’re expanding. We believe that now is the perfect time to grow our presence in the community so that when the economy bounces back, we’ll be in an even stronger position.

We’ve already built a solid foothold locally and are ready to take the next step — but to do that, we need enthusiastic, motivated people to help us connect with new clients. One of our greatest success stories has come from our high school sales team, who discovered they could use their required community service hours as a networking opportunity. By volunteering in places like retirement homes and senior centers, they built meaningful relationships that not only fulfilled their graduation requirements but also led to impressive commissions. Even more inspiring, some of these students enjoyed the health care side of our work so much that they’ve since chosen to pursue careers in nursing, with plans to return and join us in the future.

**What We Do**

We offer flexible service packages that combine:

- Personal Support Work (PSW) services
- Fun lifestyle activities (think: indoor mini putt, casino night, tarot readings, group outings, and more)
- Light yardwork and household help

Clients can choose from 4 different package tiers (from 6 hours to 50 hours), giving them freedom to use their hours however they want.

**Compensation**

This is a full-time position plus commissions. You’ll be paid hourly plus a flat amount for each package you sell, plus bonuses when clients rebook:

- **Diamond (50 hrs / $1,250)** → $75 initial sale, $50 rebook, $25 second rebook (up to $150 total)
- **Platinum (20 hrs / $500)** → $50 initial sale, $25 rebook, $25 second rebook (up to $100 total)
- **Gold (12 hrs / $300)** → $25 initial sale, $25 rebook, $25 second rebook (up to $75 total)
- **Silver (8 hrs / $150)** → $25 initial sale, $25 rebook (up to $50 total)

The beauty of these packages? Smaller hour bundles get used up quickly — which means rebookings (and repeat commissions) come faster. Clients often upgrade from Silver or Gold into larger tiers once they see the value, and you get rewarded for that.
