Custom Fire & Sprinkler Services Ltd. is seeking a motivated and dynamic **Junior Sales Representative** to join our team This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, has a keen interest in fire safety solutions, and is eager to grow their career in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Maintain a database of potential clients and follow up on leads.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations of fire and sprinkler systems to potential clients.
- Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs and concerns of each client.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Assist in preparing and delivering sales proposals and contracts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market insights and client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing or a related field is a plus.
- Prior sales experience is a plus but not required. Training will be provided.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

**Compensation & Support Highlights**:

- Base salary with a highly rewarding uncapped commission structure

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
