You will play a crucial role in managing parts and fluids for maintenance and repairs across multiple company locations. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to ensure smooth operations and optimal inventory management.

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

**Position Overview**
- Review and manage service orders and parts inventory.
- Obtain estimates, issue purchase orders, and maintain vendor relationships.
- Oversee service interval checklists and ensure parts are available for scheduled services.
- Manage operating systems and monitor fleet services.
- Perform inventory management and shipping/receiving duties.

**Qualifications**
- 3 years of experience as a parts advisor or similar role
