**JOB OVERVIEW**:

- Accurately process Amazon and Shopify e-commerce and customer orders.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution.

**POSITION REQUIREMENTS**:

- Amazon, Home Depot, Shopify, Costco ecommerce experience an asset.
- Must be highly organized, detail oriented.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a high desire for quality work and accuracy; Must be able to prioritize.
- Above average Microsoft Excel, Word, and PC skills.
- Experience in the use of ERP systems is an asset.
- Warehousing/logistics experience is beneficial.

**Salary**: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
