**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including kitchen and front-of-house activities.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations to maintain a safe dining environment.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development, including interviewing potential team members.
- Manage team performance through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering processes to ensure adequate stock of food and supplies.
- Utilize POS systems for efficient transaction processing and reporting.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant in accordance with health standards.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food handling practices, and food safety regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Experience with POS systems is preferred; familiarity with various restaurant management software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with customers and staff alike.
- A background in hotel or culinary management is advantageous but not required.
