**Job Title: Cannabis Associate** Prime Cannabis is a local, BC Company located in West Kelowna who’s mission it is to provide an easy, educational, and safe retail experience empowering the guest to choose from a variety of premium cannabis products. **About the role**: This position will act as a retail associate whose goal is to provide a superior customer service experience. Whether it’s working on the till, educating the customers or sorting inventory, this position is a critical role in the success of our organization. **About you**: Are you passionate about cannabis? Helping people? Providing the highest level of customer service? If you’ve answered yes to all of these, then look no further. We’re looking for a strong communicator, who’s personable, reliable, and punctual. **Job Duties**: * Greet and assist customers * Educate the customers on the variety of products * Operating a point of sales system - Cova * Maintaining a clean environment at all times * Managing inventory * Ensuring accurate cash outs **Summary of requirements**: * Must have min 1-3-years of customer service experience Retail Cannabis experience is a HUGE asset. * - **Applicants are responsible for obtaining a Provincial Worker Verification "Selling it Right"**_ * Cannabis knowledge is an asset - Minimum 19-years of age Prime Cannabis would like to thank all applicants for their interest but only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
