**Site Supervisor**

We are a highly established and reputable General Contracting company with roots 50 years deep in Architectural Heritage Restoration. Located in Brantford, we operate throughout Southern Ontario. Our strengths are in building envelope, windows, roofs, decorative metals, and exterior construction as well as in custom wood fabrication.

We presently have a Supervisor opening in the Brantford area for multiple building envelope restoration projects.
- Temporary Full Time but can lead to Permanent Full Time.
- Benefits available with permanent full-time employment.

**Applicant Requirements**:
Drivers License and own transportation.
- Minimum of 5 years’ current or recent verifiable work experience.
- People skills, commitment, ability to complete accurate, quality work at all times.
- Experience supervising and coordinating multiple trades.
- Safety minded, own personal safety equipment and own tools of the trade.
- Current Working At Heights certification.
- Clean Criminal Background Check.
- Certificate of Qualification and/or Red Seal Certification completed or in progress would be an asset.

We currently employ staff with a wide range of skills and experience for self-delivery of building restoration projects. The Site Superintendent is responsible for all aspects of site management including coordination of sub-trades and own forces. Working supervisors are preferred.

We continually recruit motivated team members to work with our highly qualified team of tradespeople and are also currently looking for experienced Masons, Carpenters, and General Labourer's to join our fast-growing team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $67,000.00-$83,200.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
