.**Your Opportunity**

The **Life Enrichment Manager **is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing meaningful and engaging programs and activities that appeal to the abilities, needs, interests, and former lifestyles of residents.

**Key Responsibilities and Skills**:

- Develop, implement, and oversee the development and implementation of meaningful and engaging programs and activities, including those that are dementia-specific.
- Make enhancement to existing programs and activities.
- Contribute to the quality management program for the Life Enrichment Department, ensuring required outcomes are achieved.
- Ensure standards of resident care and services are consistently achieved.
- Ensure all MOHLTC requirements are met.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills. Communication is applicable to residents, families, and the Life Enrichment team.
- Strong leadership skills in relation to activity programming and team participation.
- Strong problem-solving skills to support in providing innovative program and activity recommendations in response to residents' needs.
- Has an understanding of the goals of activities and restorative care programs in the LTC sector.
- Make positive contributions to the home environment that ensure the values of Primacare Living Solutions are maintained.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Recreation/Leisure studies.
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience with relevant legislation.
- Eligible for, or currently holding, a membership with the Therapeutic Recreation Association of Ontario, Activity Professionals of Ontario, or other recognized recreation-focused professional associations.
- Minimum 3-years of related experience in the LTC sector preferred.
- Minimum 1-year Management experience in the LTC sector preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
