**Program Manager**
- $35/hour hybrid position (remote/in-person), 10 hours/week
- Mostly remote but must be available to meet once a month in Brampton, ON to review the project deliverables
- 32 weeks total: from October 7 to December 20, 2024 and January 6 to May 30, 2025

**Description**
- Manage, communicate, and mentor a team of up to 15 online post-secondary volunteers
- Coordinate, track, and revise programs with the volunteers (volunteers will be designing eight 45-minute online health and wellness programs and accompanying social media content for youth and young at heart living with developmental delays)
- Ensure program outlines follow the templates that are being used by our organization
- Understand and account for the different levels of understanding and mobility to ensure inclusive programming
- Create/modify social media content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn posts
- Determine and adapt trends on social media platforms to our Wellness Program
- Work with IT Specialist to ensure content is ready to be uploaded to Hootsuite

**Requirements**:

- Able to work in person and work remotely
- Detail-oriented, creative, adaptable, engaging/enthusiastic, personable, independent, and collaborative
- Enthusiastic and a firm believer in providing age appropriate/relevant material that celebrate all abilities
- Experience with Canva or other graphic design software is an asset
- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Final Cut Pro/Adobe software) & video editing/content creation
- Experience with TikToks/Instagram Reels and other forms of social media content creation is considered an asset
