**Our expectations**

This role is part of the new Merchandising Enablement team tasked with leading the development of merchandising processes and tools, leveraging leading business and technology practices. Reporting to the Manager, Merchandising Process and Analytics, the Business Analyst, Merchandising leads and contributes to improvement projects aimed at increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of new and existing merchandising processes and participates in tools and reports creation to support Merchandising decisions.

**Your role**
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives or modules and monitor results.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business performance drivers, metrics, and identify best approach to improve understanding of financial performance and operational execution.
- Facilitate process mapping and lead identification of improvements.
- Prepare ad hoc analysis to support special projects.
- Maintain and improve reporting models and tools to respond to business changes.
- Participate in the design and development of reports to improve understanding of financial performance and operational execution.
- Partner with the Learning and Development team to develop and deliver training for stakeholders to support rollout.
- Prepare reporting for opportunities, projects, and results tracking.

**The qualifications we are looking for**
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong organization skills and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with all levels of the organization and across functions
- Very good Excel skills
- Knowledge of Power Query and PowerBI an asset
