**Operations & Customer Experience Lead - Washing Well Laundromat**

**Part-Time | Midland, ON | $18-$21/hr. + Growth Potential**

Washing Well Laundromat is more than just washers and dryers — we’re a local business built on service, community, and hustle. We're looking for a self-driven, reliable, and friendly operations and customer experience lead who can take ownership of daily operations and ensure customers have a smooth, clean, and positive experience every time.

- Is willing and able to learn how to troubleshoot and diagnose minor machine issues

**What You’ll Do**
- Oversee wash & fold operations (sort, wash, dry, fold, bag, label)
- Handle pickups and deliveries (or coordinate team coverage)
- Deep clean machines, folding areas, and bathrooms
- Maintain supply levels and assist with inventory or ordering
- Welcome customers, assist with machines, and resolve minor issues
- Learn to diagnose and report (or fix) basic machine problems
- Use messaging apps, POS systems, or forms (simple digital tools)
- Share feedback or ideas for improvements and promotions

**Hours**
- 15+ hours per week, with an increase in hours over the summer months
- Weekdays and 1-2 Saturdays per month
- Hours are typically 8:00am-2:00pm or 1:00pm-6:00pm with some flexibility

**You Bring**
- Proven reliability and accountability — people can count on you
- Customer service or retail experience
- Leadership traits (formal or informal — supervising, mentoring, etc.)
- Physical ability to lift 30 lbs, stand, fold, and clean for long periods
- Comfort using basic tech tools (messaging apps, spreadsheets, POS, etc.)
- Calm, clear communication and a solutions-first mindset
- A willingness to get hands-on with equipment and learn maintenance basics
- Bonus: experience in cleaning, facilities, or small business ops

**Pay & Perks**
- $18-$21/hr, based on experience
