Paralegal required:
Gibson Tanner Rabin LLP requires a Paralegal-Law clerk to support our Litigation practice. We require an individual who is capable of handling a portfolio of litigation matters before the Landlord Tenant Board, the Small Claims Court and other bodies, as well as to provide clerk support for a busy commercial litigation practice.

What We’re Looking For:

- Diploma or Certificate in Legal Administration or Paralegal studies.
- Licensed by the LSO as a paralegal in good standing in Ontario.
- Experience in the LTB and similar administrative bodies is a plus.
- Strong understanding of litigation procedures and legal terminology in both Small Claims Court and Superior Court.
- Recording time and completing some administrative tasks will be required.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills and attention to detail required.
- A team-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Full-time and in-person.

How to Apply:

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
