**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Operate drilling rigs and associated equipment to perform drilling operations effectively.
- Conduct pre-operation inspections of equipment to ensure functionality and safety.
- Monitor drilling parameters and make adjustments as necessary to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with crew members to maintain a safe work environment and adhere to safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of drilling operations, including depth, pressure, and other relevant data.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues that arise during drilling operations, utilizing strong mechanical knowledge.
- Assist in the transportation of equipment and materials to job sites, including operating forklifts as needed.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations during drilling activities.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in oil and gas drilling operations, particularly horizontal drilling techniques.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Valid commercial driving license preferred for transportation of equipment.
- Experience operating forklifts is a plus.
- Ability to work in challenging outdoor environments and adapt to changing conditions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team setting.
- Commitment to safety practices and procedures in all aspects of work.

Pay: $120,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
