Maintenance Personnel

Revelstoke Property Services is looking for an organized maintenance person, interested in working within a fast-growing property management company.

It is essential that the applicant possesses some knowledge of the basic workings of general household systems i.e. plumbing, electrical, house construction etc.

**As maintenance / carpenter personnel your primary responsibilities are**:

- Perform general maintenance and repairs including:

- Patching drywall
- Painting
- Caulking
- General plumbing issues
- Other common household repairs
- Shoveling snow (when necessary)
- Inspecting, assessing and addressing tenant maintenance requests
- Posting notices to properties
- Working with office and other maintenance staff on larger maintenance projects
- On-site tenant and owner communication
- Work on small to medium renovation projects for our clients (mainly inside winter work)

- Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle
