**Facilities Coordinator - Part Time (15-30 hours week)**
- **The Company**:_
We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator who will be responsible for coordination of new branch builds, premise changes in our existing locations including renovations and the coordination of general maintenance, and furniture purchases.The incumbent must be able to identify problems or premise related concerns, troubleshoot and provide steps to eventual resolution.
- **Location**:_This position will be based in our Head Office in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan on a part time basis with hours ranging from 15-30 hours per week.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Work directly with branch managers to ensure retail locations are maintained to Bank standards
- Coordinate activities between the Bank and contractors to ensure construction work can proceed efficiently
- Ensure the completion of premises projects on time and on budget
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously including vendor and contractor management and coordination
- Develop and implement a facility management program including preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements
- Obtain quotes and tenders from vendors and suppliers for various items including but not limited to furniture and building
- Provide prompt responses to premise requests and issues identified
- Provide support and help oversee construction for new branch builds
- Provide support for camera, alarm or lock issues
- Application and annual renewals for business licenses
- Monitor expenses and payments
**Here’s the background and skills we think will make you successful**:
- Knowledge of procurement and contracts and the ability to successfully work with multiple vendors
- Sound knowledge and experience of Health & Safety, Fire Code, Building Code regulations and requirements
- Demonstrated experience in construction, maintenance and all facets of facility operation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Broad working knowledge of Bank/Credit Union security requirements such as safes, vaults and alarm systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Friendly enthusiastic self-starter and strong team player
- Flexible and willing to take on tasks as assigned
- Working knowledge of principles and practices of project management
- This position requires the ability to lift and carry items up to 20 pounds in weight on a regular basis. You must be comfortable climbing ladders and working with hands overhead
- Be willing to work irregular hours as required to accommodate branch hours, contractor and vendor needs
- Willingness to travel to urban and remote locations
