Essential Image, a premier provider of marketing solutions, is currently hiring for a Sales Representative position in Kitchener. We are in search of a talented individual to join our team.

The Sales Representative will be responsible for external sales representation within the advertising, display, and packaging industry. The primary focus of this role is to effectively manage and expand an assigned territory, cultivate new markets, and acquire clients to enhance sales profitability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a customer portfolio.
- Implement a comprehensive call plan, conduct business reviews, manage a robust sales pipeline, analyze monthly erosion, negotiate prices, maintain quarterly customer stratification, introduce new products, and execute regional and national programs.
- Identify, secure, and nurture new customer relationships.
- Develop strategies for target accounts and growth, conduct needs analyses, and introduce new products.
- Support and execute Essential Image directed marketing and operational initiatives.
- Engage in selected vendor programs, make vendor calls, adhere to corporate guidelines on vendor contact and cost negotiation, and support marketing initiatives and online ordering.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external customers and service providers.
- Provide input on best practices, policies, and procedures within the sales department and other service areas.
- Make decisions regarding pricing structure/levels within established company guidelines for the profitability of the sales territory.
- Maintain customer sales activity in Hubspot
- Consistently achieve sales, margin, and customer profitability targets.
- Follow internal procedures and suggest improvements.

- Above-average verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with SalesForce (or other CRM tools) is an asset.
- Possession of a vehicle and a valid driver’s license is required.
- Preferred undergraduate degree or post-secondary education with business-to-business selling experience.

**Salary**: $45,123.00-$131,682.17 per year

**Benefits**:

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
