Concrete Worker

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Concrete Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will assist in various concrete-related tasks, including formwork, finishing, and installation, contributing to the successful completion of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and familiarity with construction tools and techniques. Prior experience in masonry, rebar installation, or concrete finishing is highly valued.

Duties

• Assist with concrete forming, pouring, and finishing to ensure smooth and durable surfaces
• Set up and dismantle formwork using carpentry skills and hand tools
• Install rebar and reinforcement materials according to schematics and blueprints
• Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely for mixing, lifting, and positioning materials
• Perform masonry tasks including restoration work and flooring installation as needed
• Apply caulking and perform sealing tasks to ensure proper insulation and waterproofing
• Read blueprints and schematics to accurately execute project specifications
• Conduct general site cleanup, organize materials, and maintain a safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members on renovation projects involving concrete structures

Qualifications

• Proven experience with concrete forming, finishing, or related construction activities
• Mechanical knowledge of tools, equipment, and schematics used in concrete work
• Ability to operate heavy machinery such as mixers, forklifts, or cranes (training provided if necessary)
• Skills in rebar installation, masonry, carpentry, welding, or flooring installation are a plus
• Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematic interpretation for precise project execution
• Strong physical ability for heavy lifting and prolonged standing or manual labor
• Knowledge of restoration techniques and renovation processes involving concrete surfaces
• Construction background with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools
• Ability to work safely adhering to all safety protocols on-site
