Cloud Kitchen Concepts - Sherwood Park is looking dedicated and enthusiastic Line Cook, who is creative, hardworking and self-motivated. We are an ever growing test kitchen that is in the process of creating many exciting new brands such as: Fat Fox Nashville Hot Chicken, Zerilli's Detroit Style Pizza, Campbell Town Eats, Yorkie Burrito Co., and many more
- **Responsibilities**_
- Responsible for preparing and cooking all food items by the recipe and to specification
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
- Prepare, season, and cook a wide variety of meats, vegetables, soups and other food items using a full range of cooking methods
- Able to organize the assigned work area and efficiently put away orders
- Ensure that all products are stored properly in the correct location at the appropriate levels at all times
- Responsible to maintain cleanliness, sanitation at the assigned work area
- **Professional Skills**_
- Knowledge of kitchen tools and utensils - ability to operate standard kitchen equipment
- Preparing Food _- _excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Efficiency and speed _-_ ensure the objectives of the station are met properly while ensuring high-quality food standards
- Organization _-_ ensure the right tools, appliances and ingredients are ready anytime needed
- Knowledge of health and safety code and protocol

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
