**DESCRIPTION**

We are currently hiring a **Press Shop Operator** to join our afternoon shift team. This role involves operating and setting up equipment such as the brake press and horizontal band saw in a busy, safety-first fabrication shop. You'll work with high-grade material, follow blueprints, and help produce quality metal components that support major industrial projects.

**Pay**: $24.00-$27.00 per hour + 12% shift premium
**Schedule**: Monday to Wednesday, 4:30 PM - 5:00 AM
**Hours**: Work 36 hours per week

**What You'll Be Doing**

Operate and set up press shop equipment, including:
Horizontal band saw

Brake press

Read and follow basic blueprints and work instructions

Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and finish metal parts

Perform routine machine inspections and basic maintenance

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

Adhere to all safety protocols and shop procedures
