**About the Role**:
- Admissions involve enrollment and retention for the College.
- Student and Program Management focuses on providing a high-quality experience for students.
- Financial Management includes tracking and analyzing campus performance data to quickly resolve issues.
- Staff Responsibilities encompass leading instructors and staff to promote student success.
- Academics & Compliance ensures adherence to regulations, policies, and procedures from authorities.
- College Standards require actions that reflect the College's values.
- Other Duties may involve taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
**Qualifications**
- Education requires a post-secondary degree, with a preference for a Master’s degree.
- Experience entails at least five years in an operations management position, including a background in business development and sales, with private post-secondary experience considered beneficial.
- Skills necessary include strong communication, leadership, and numerical abilities, particularly in budget development and financial assessment.
**Pay range and compensation package** - $70,000 to $90,000 Annually
