**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in selecting products that meet their needs.
- Engage with customers to understand their requirements and recommend appropriate products.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product features to effectively communicate with customers.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions and returns.
- Assist in maintaining store appearance by organizing merchandise and ensuring displays are well-stocked and appealing.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
- Presentable clothing and footwear attire for front & back of store
- Ability to stock and move/lifed boxes and investory
- Ability to sell effectively by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
- Familiarity with fine wine and craft beer sales is a plus, particularly in understanding product specifications and features.
- BC Drivers licence
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
