We are looking for a passionate Customer Service Supervisor to lead our Order Desk Agents and ensure our customers receive outstanding support.

**Job Summary**:
As the Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the Order Desk Agents, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction. You will lead by example, provide coaching and development to your team, and help resolve complex customer inquiries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise, support, and mentor the Order Desk Agents in day-to-day operations.
- Monitor and manage team performance, ensuring adherence to service standards and KPIs.
- Assist in handling escalated customer inquiries and complex orders, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
- Identify training needs and conduct coaching sessions to develop the skills of the team.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Warehouse, Quality) to resolve issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Develop and implement strategies for improving order processing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare performance reports and provide feedback to management.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Previous experience in a leadership role is a strong asset.
- Experience in order processing or working with an order desk is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for team development and coaching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and escalations professionally and effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using customer service software and MS Office Suite.
