**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook grilled items according to menu specifications and customer preferences.
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and surrounding kitchen areas.
- Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, marinating, and seasoning ingredients.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food is cooked to perfection.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Keep inventory of supplies and communicate needs to management.
- Adhere to all food safety protocols, including proper storage of ingredients.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- A passion for cooking and a desire to learn new techniques in meal preparation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.40-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
