Are you looking to transition your hands-on experience into a rewarding, rapidly expanding trade? We are actively seeking an **Indoor Air Quality & Mitigation Specialist**, a role equivalent to a **Radon Technician**, to join our growing team.

This is an **excellent opportunity** for skilled individuals from fields like **HVAC, plumbing, mechanics or general construction** who are eager to master a new specialization. We provide **full, comprehensive training** and foster a highly supportive, collaborative work environment.

In this crucial role, you will become a genuine **building science expert**. You will utilize your practical skills to assess indoor air quality, **diagnose unique building conditions**, and lead the installation of tailored radon mitigation systems directly protecting the health of our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Execute precise **radon measurement and testing** procedures in diverse residential and commercial settings.
- **Design and install** custom radon mitigation systems, implementing best-practice strategies effectively.
- Safely and proficiently operate a variety of **hand and power tools**.
- Work closely with the team to ensure the consistent delivery of **superior quality service**.
- Maintain meticulous and accurate **documentation** for all measurements, installations, and services.
- Strictly adhere to **all company and industry safety standards** and protocols.
- Actively participate in required **ongoing professional training** and development.
- Support the team with various project-related tasks as necessary.

**What We're Looking For (Qualifications)**
- Certification by the C-NRPP, or a **strong commitment and willingness to achieve** this certification immediately upon hiring.
- Demonstrated **proficiency** in the safe use of common hand tools and power tools.
- Exceptional **attention to detail** and a strong dedication to high-quality workmanship.
- Proven ability to function effectively both **independently** and as a cooperative **team player**.
- Clear and effective **communication skills**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal, Apprenticeship

Pay: $52,000.00-$78,000.00 per year
