**Key Activities**:

- ** Release Scope Reviews**
- ? Release Technical Lead fulfilling all tasks & processes for Technical governance.
- Support in management of scope changes, critical path, risk and dependency tracking.
- ** Release Quality Test Coverage (overlap of role between Release & Quality)**
- as part of technical assessment to support test coverage
- **
Release Technical Reviews**
- ? Release Technical Lead & BSS WEST Project Tech Lead fulfilling all tasks & processes for technical governance.
- Management, assessment and tracking of scope changes, critical path, risk and dependencies.
- **
Release Planning**
- ? Release Technical Lead providing feedback from scope reviews, technical reviews and support tracking of actions from these meetings.
- Support in management of scope changes, critical path, risk and dependency tracking
- Documentation of technical notes for each story against projects & domains
- **
Daily SIT Release Execution**
- Tracking all technical critical path, risks, impacts and dependencies.
- Support war rooms for regression related defects owned by Release & Quality teams
- Review changes in committed scope
- Attend daily release stand-ups
- **
Release Pre-Production & Staging (START Release & Integrated domain changes)**:

- Support incident management, tracking all technical critical path, risks, impacts and dependencies.
- War room management of technical issues.
- Review deployment plans and support drive-through meetings. Support peer review with Release Deployment Specialist of the runbook
- For domain integrated changes support by our RDSs, to review the changes for conflicts & dependencies against other release activities where required
- **
Production Deployment (START Release & Integrated domain changes)**:

- Support morning of release go live (when required)
- Track, manage and support incident discussions during warranty period where applicable, in order to track dependencies, impacts and risks to current or upcoming releases.
- Review deployment plans and support drive-through meetings. Support peer review with Release Deployment Specialist of the runbook
- ** Overall**:

- process improvements
- contribute to setting up a release technical governance regime
- involve, support, contribute & manage initiatives where release management team is owning or participating.
- Attend team stand-ups
- Support leadership calls, in reporting technical risks in releases and technical dependencies and conflicts in BSS WEST
