**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to appropriate departments.
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Coordinate appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and document preparation.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges when necessary.
- Monitor and order office supplies to ensure availability.
- Provide support to HR and other departments as required.
- Ensure security protocols are followed, including monitoring visitor access.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent, additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
