- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Sage 50, Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of MB Residential Tenancy Act and Guidelines is an asset (but can learn)
- Maintain accurate, complete, organized records
- Exellent time management,organizational and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail is very important, especially with mathematics and spelling
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, within a team.
- Experience in facilitating group learning and daily activities is an asset
- Familiarity with the St. Malo community, resources available and capability to establish relevant connections.

**Requirements**:

- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check (with Vulnerable Sector Check)
- Verifiable Job references
