Job Qualification

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide homemaking support ensuring the comfort and safety of clients are met
- Complete light house cleaning which includes washing dishes, laundry, make beds, sweep and mop floors, dust and vacuum, and remove garbage
- Prepare meals and shop for groceries and personal items
- Provide companionship and/or accompany clients to activities and events in the community
- Provide personal care service according to directions on the care plan
- Observe and document client conditions and report unusual events or changes in condition.
