**ABOUT SHIP EXPERT**
Ship Expert is an online platform working with hundreds of companies across Canada to provide the most cost-effective tool to ship courier packages, as well as freight across Canada and the world.
**JOB SUMMARY**
Preferred Experience/Skills:
- At least 3-5 years of proven customer support experience
- Shipping, eCommerce business experience preferred
- Prior experience managing large amounts of Tickets & Calls
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of personalities and inquiries
- Ability to problem solve and operate independently
- Excellent communication, multi-tasking skills, prioritizing, managing time effectively and the ability to work under tight deadlines
- Passionate, driven, highly organized, enthusiastic, meticulous self-starter
- Willingness to work flexible hours in accordance with company needs/workflow demands
- Openness to learning about various parts of the business which include business development, account management and more
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- HubSpot/CRM experience preferred
- Prior experience in sales or customer support preferred
**Benefits**:

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
