**This is a casual, part-time, temporary role from October 30, 2025, to April 30, 2026.**

**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- Remedy any issues identified.
- Report any maintenance, snow, and ice control problems to the Residential Portfolio Manager.
- Other duties as assigned.

**WHAT WILL YOU NEED?**
- Available to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Minimum one year of general labour experience.
- Must be able to lift to 15 lbs.
- Technologically savvy.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and clean driver’s abstract.
- Must complete & pass a criminal record check.
- Must be able to supply your own CSA-approved steel-toed boots.
- Strong communication skills; offering professional and friendly service to our residents.
- Must be organized and be able to work independently.
