Due to consistent growth our large collision center is looking for an Assistant Service Advisor to assist in our mechanical department.

**Job Summary**:
An **_Assistant_** **_Service Advisor_** is the first point of contact for customers coming into our location. They build strong, trusting relationships with our customers, and communicate their concerns to the Shop Foreman. Under the advisement of the Shop Foreman, they will advise our customers on the best practices for keeping their vehicles safe and properly maintained.

**_Assistant Service Advisors_** are responsible for executing service processes with diligence, customer service and safety in mind. They are required to provide each customer with a personalized service experience and provide the mechanical team with accurate work orders to complete the repairs required.

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**
- 2 years’ experience in the automotive industry
- Collaborative professional who promotes teamwork and works cohesively within a team-oriented environment
- Experience in Customer Service
- Industry experience is preferred
- Excellent computer skills
- High attention to detail
- Outgoing, enthusiastic and a self-starter
- Solid interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Organized
- Exceptional product knowledge and the ability to explain and train based on the content
