**Job Title: FOOD AND BEVERAGE COORDINATOR**

**We are recruiting for a Food and Beverage Coordinator position (NOC 1241)**. The positions are full-time 30-40 hours per week, permanent with an hourly rate of $25.00. Overtime may be necessary as required paid at time and half.

We are looking for a strong administrator to support our food and beverage teams. The successful incumbent would have a strong internal drive to succeed, ensuring the delivery of high levels of both guest and employee satisfaction.

As the Food and Beverage Coordinator, you will be responsible for the administration activities of our 6 restaurants and catering.

**Job duties**:

- Support the restaurant/F&B leaders in monthly inventories and other administrative duties
- Open and distribute incoming correspondence and coordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations
- Determine and establish office procedures
- Attend all meetings and sharing updates with the leaders
- Ensuring guest satisfaction scores, costs, and revenues are reported in a timely manner
- Coordinate with receiving on product/supply ordering
- Update and design menus and dining guides
- Complete gratuity spreadsheets
- Maintain Resdiary System for all outlets
- Respond to reservation requests

**Employment Experience and Educational Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of administrative experience
- Able to take initiative and solve problems
- Comfortable with technology and open to new learning
- Able to independently manage tasks
- Have impeccable attention to detail
- Completion of a business or hospitality degree is an asset.
