**What You’ll Do**:
As a Floor Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our concession, bar, catering, and suite operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with the Food & Beverage team to determine event needs and adapt to changes.
- Reviewing daily event memos and supporting the supervisor team at the start of each shift.
- Assisting with administrative tasks, including updating POS systems and monitoring inventory.
- Overseeing concession, bar, catering, and suite areas throughout events.
- Supporting staff by delegating tasks, training new employees, and modeling professional standards.
- Handling cash control processes (voids, returns, and anomalies) with accuracy.
- Responding to radio and phone calls to coordinate service needs.
- Reporting stock requirements and ensuring inventory aligns with menu demands.
- Assisting with pre-event setup, post-event takedown, and general housekeeping.
- Maintaining equipment and ensuring cleanliness across all areas.
- Providing prompt solutions to challenges and communicating improvements to management.

**What You Bring**:

- ** ProServe Certification** (required) - must meet legal requirements to serve alcohol.
- ** Food Safe Certificate** (or willingness to obtain).
- Previous Food & Beverage experience, with knowledge of bar, concession, or catering operations.
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules.
- Data input and inventory control experience (assets).
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license (required).
- First Aid certification (asset).

**Job Details**:

- ** Rate of Pay**: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
- ** Affiliation**: Member of the Westerner Employees Association
