We are looking to add a **Supply Chain Co-Op** to our Operations team in Vancouver, BC**.** Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain, the role is responsible for data collection and analysis throughout the Company supply chain.

**Responsibilities**:
- ** Sourcing**:
- Support the sourcing process (RFI, RFQ, RFP, etc.) for key contracts to ensure the most competitive supply advantage for Minesense.
- Support in developing standard processes for New Supplier Introduction and KPIs for current suppliers.
- Support the sourcing team in monitoring performance metrics, project schedule, market intelligence, and other contributing factors affecting supply availability and pricing of products procured.
- Support the development of supply strategies and work closely with the Sourcing and Procurement team to strengthen Minesense Supply Chain.

Supply Chain Analytics**:
- Support developing dashboards for demand forecasts for 500+ SKUs by reviewing sales history, operational demand, and new product introductions.
- Monitoring, reporting, and taking all necessary actions to improve and achieve our targets of forecast accuracy, and inventory turns.
- Develop a process for Supply review and gap reconciliation. Do we have the right inventory, capacity, and capabilities to meet demand?
**Qualifications**:
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or Operations discipline.
- Knowledge of Product development processes.
- Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Data analytics and statistics courses and diplomas are an asset.
