As a **Dental Receptionist/Level II Assistant**, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the dental office. Your responsibilities will include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, verifying insurance coverage, clinical chairside skills a must. To excel in this role, you should have strong administrative and clinical skills and be proficient in using Tracker software program.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Greet and welcome patients to the dental office
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using dental office software Tracker
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
- Collect and process payments from patients
- Maintain a clean and organized reception/clinical area
- Level II chairside experience

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in using dental office software Tracker preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with phone systems and handling patient inquiries

**Hours required**:
**Monday to Friday Only No Weekends.**

**Salary**: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 35 per week

- Dental receptionist: 2 years (preferred)
- Dental Assisting: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Bowmanville, ON L1C 1P5 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Bowmanville, ON L1C 1P5: Relocate before starting work (required)
