_We are currently recruiting for our Weld, and Stamping Departments. These vacancies are on a biweekly rotation of days and afternoons._

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**:

- Detail oriented individual who understands the concept and importance of quality
- Able to lift up to 25 to 40 pounds with regularity
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with computers and confident in ability to learn new software
- Positive attitude and enjoy working at a fast-pace
- No experience required, training will be provided

As a **Production Associate **you will be part of the process that produces high quality parts for our customer including completion of our final product.

**Weld Production Associate**

The essential job duties for a Weld Production Associate include loading the machine with parts, inspecting the quality of completed parts and basic preventative maintenance inside of the weld cell. As a Weld Associate you will work both independently and as part of a team.**Please Note: Welding Experience is Not a Requirement.**

**Stamping Production Associate**

The essential job duties for a Stamping Production Associate include setting up and operating stamping machines to trim, punch, shape, notch, draw, or crimp metal composite. As a Stamping Associate you will work both independently and as part of a team.
