We currently have a _**Part time, Flexible Opportunity **_for **PRODUCTION ASSOCIATES.**

As a Production Associate you will be part of the process that produces high quality parts for our customer including completion of our final product. You would be able to choose shifts to work in either the Stamping Production, Quality or Weld Production.

The essential job duties for a Weld Production Associate include loading the machine with parts, inspecting the quality of completed parts and basic preventative maintenance inside of the weld cell. As a Weld Associate you will work both independently and as part of a team. _Please note welding experience is not a requirement._

The essential job duties for a Stamping Production Associate include setting up and operating stamping machines to trim, punch, shape, notch, draw, or crimp metal composite. As a Stamping Associate you will work both independently and as part of a team.

The essential job duties for a Quality Associate include sorting parts and inspecting the quality of completed parts. As a Quality Associate you will work both independently and as part of a team.

**Job Type**

**This is a very unique and popular program where associates in the program have the flexibility of choosing shifts through an app in real time.**
- Available Shifts will be communicated to our flexible workforce regularly for each week. The expectation would be to work at least one shift per month up to 32 hours per week, based on available shifts. Available shifts to choose from may vary from week to week depending on staffing needs._
- The available shifts for our flexible workforce to choose from will range from 4 - 10 hours in length:_
- Weekdays - Day, Afternoon or Midnight Shift_
- Weekend - Day Shift or Sunday Nights_

Ideally, your background includes experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
