- Supervise and coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain calendars for the office staff
- Assist with payroll processing and maintaining employee records
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment

- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role
- Proficient in using QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
- Familiarity with front desk operations is preferred
- Experience as an office clerk or in a related administrative position is desirable
