Trades Helper

**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Assist tradespeople with preparing tools, materials, and equipment for projects
- Support with loading and unloading supplies and materials on-site
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure safety and efficiency
- Follow safety protocols and assist in implementing safety measures during work activities
- Help with basic tasks such as measuring, cutting, or assembling components under supervision
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored after use
- Support team members in completing daily project tasks efficiently and effectively

**Skills**
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work safely in a high priority building
- Basic physical fitness, including the ability to lift moderate loads and stand for extended periods
- Prior experience in construction, carpentry, or related trades is advantageous but not mandatory
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Basic understanding of safety procedures related to construction or trade work is preferred
- Available for after hours call ins.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
