Front Desk Agent

**FRONT DESK**
Job duties includes, but are not limited to
- Making sure guests receive a warm greeting and provide assistance
- Responsible for checking guests in and out
- Making sure all hotel standards and procedures are followed
- Issuing room keys
- Handling and processing payments
- Review daily arrival list and requests
- Knowledgeable of hotel area and surrounding areas
- Inform and update management on all guest related issues
- Ensuring supplies are well stocked at the Front Desk and keeping area tidy
- Communicating with other departments to ensure a positive guest experience
- Able to handle emergency situations (ie. Guest related issues, fire alarms, network problems)
- Perform other job related duties as instructed
Job Requirements:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent customer service
Able to work under pressure
Following instructions
Fluency in English written & spoken
Fluency in a second language is an asset
Excellent communication and observational skills
Maintain professional business confidentiality
Organized
Ability to prioritize schedule & multi-task
Able to problem solve
Friendly and professional attitude
Strong computer skills
Experience preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
