Administrative/Shop Assistant

As an established business in Edmonton, Car Pretty Inc. is looking to add another member to our team. We require someone who can work in a **fast-paced environment** **with the ability to multi-task like a pro**. Car Pretty specializes in paint protection film installation, window tint, ceramic coatings and vinyl graphics. We sell various products out of our show room including pinstripe, moldings, installation tools & various accessories. You will be working with customers in the show room, and over the phone, as well as assisting with production of paint protection kits, and simple graphics. You will be responsible for shipping products to our customers across Canada and the US. This position requires you to learn new skills and adapt to different circumstances as they arise.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING**:

- Catering to incoming calls and visitors, while always having a professional demeanour.
- Assisting with cutting and weeding paint protection film kits, and vinyl decals (We will teach you how to run a plotter)
- Facilitating the shipment of packages from Car Pretty to our customers.
- Aiding with booking customers' appointments, and helping them find products they would like to purchase.
- Ability to retain detailed information.
- Invoicing and taking payment(s) from customers.
- Ensuring the business looks clean and tidy at all times.
- Assisting other team members as needed and helping with tasks that you may not do every day.

**QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE**:

- Experience in a retail setting or similar.
- Knowledge of vehicles is an asset.
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure is a must.
- Must be able to adapt to changes quickly in a fast paced environment.
- Familiar with Shopify is an asset.
- Current computer skills, technology adaptability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Possesses initiative to get work done with little/no supervision.
- Beneficial to have a current Class 5 Driver's License.
- Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs.

Training is provided on our in-house computer systems and equipment. Computer knowledge is a must. Especially during our busy season, Car Pretty is a **fast-paced work environment and multi-tasking is essential**.

We are a **smoke-free and** **scent-free** **workplace**.

This is a full-time position and hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
