**Location**: Vancouver, BC or Los Angeles, California

As the Multimedia Production Specialist, you'll be capturing, editing, and animating a variety of creative video-based assets for both artists and the music label. Reporting to the Head of Creative Production, your projects will include everything from social content, live performances, music videos and promotional material, tour and festival promotions, and internal design projects.

**What you'll do...**
- Actively participate in brainstorms, by contributing ideas, inspiration, and storyboards.
- Create visually stunning and engaging videos that align with Monstercat's brand
- Collaborate with and manage the production of a vast range of mediums in digital, and video.
- Edit video content, including music videos, live performance footage, and behind-the-scenes content
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional content for upcoming releases
- Keeping up-to-date with industry and design trends
- Continued development and contribution of brand guidelines and innovation

**About You**
- Strong video editing skills allowing you to mimic and pioneer styles of multiple genres
- Expert experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.
- Strong understanding of color grading, motion graphics, and visual effects
- Experience with social media platforms and a good understanding of how to create engaging video content for each platform
- Interest in new and emerging technologies of 3D, Gaming, film, and video
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
