Growing company is expanding in the area and needs good people to fill entry-level sales roles that can lead to management within three to six months. The successful applicants will be self motivated, driven and energetic. Passion and excitement drives our sales teams, leaders are wanted Complete training program is available so experience is an asset but not required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Find and present security solutions to potential new clients.
- Learn new technology - explain upgrading legacy systems to new digital alarms to new clients.
- Develop lead programs in both commercial & residential markets
- Ongoing communication with client after installation to ensure good customer service and support as needed
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

Experience
- Experience in the security alarm industry is an asset but not required.
- Experience in the Home Automation (Smart Home) Market is an asset but not required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in the English language.
- Negotiation and sales closing skills is an asset.

Education
- High School education is preferred but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Commission, Permanent

Pay: $750.00-$1,200.00 per week

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- B2B sales: 1 year (preferred)
- security system sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- driver's license and a reliable vehicle? (required)
