**IT Administrator**

**Position Overview**

**Responsibilities**

**Google Workspace Administration**
- Manage user accounts, licenses, and access permissions within Google Workspace.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Google Workspace services.
- Implement and enforce security policies for Google Workspace.

**Salesforce Administration**
- Manage user accounts, roles, and profiles within Salesforce.
- Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
- Provide support and training to users on Salesforce.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce.
- Implement and maintain data security and integrity within Salesforce.

**Networking**
- Design, implement, and maintain passive and active network infrastructure.
- Configure and manage network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues.
- Ensure network security and implement network security policies.
- Manage IP addressing, DNS, and DHCP services.

**User Management**
- Provision and de-provision user accounts.
- Enforce password policies and security best practices.
- Provide technical support to users and resolve user issues.
- Document user management procedures and processes.

**Software Development**
- Participate in software development projects as needed.
- Write and maintain scripts for automation and system administration tasks.
- Debug and troubleshoot software issues.

**QualificationsRequired**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong experience with Google Workspace administration.
- Experience with Salesforce administration.
- Solid understanding of passive and active networking concepts and technologies.
- Proficiency in user management and access control.

**Preferred**
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Workspace Administrator, Salesforce Administrator, Network+)
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with database management.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
