**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality food and beverage service. You will be responsible for ensuring that all guests feel welcomed, valued, and satisfied throughout their dining experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests promptly, presenting menus and providing information about daily specials.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, specifically Micros POS.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner while ensuring proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and maximize sales.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Process payments accurately, handling cash and credit transactions with attention to detail.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and sanitation standards.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred, with a strong understanding of restaurant operations.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus but not required.
