DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

× Weekly store management meetings, bi-weekly GM meetings with ownership, quarterly meetings with the entire brand management team

× Building and maintain relationships with our team, our management, our suppliers, our community

× Working with industry partners creating a collaborative and community minded hospitality industry

× Forecasting and analyzing sales and labor targets: weekly, monthly and quarterly

× Hiring and developing a driven and passionate team

× Deep diving inventory reports for opportunities

× Maintaining a strong community connection

× Working with our culinary team to help create and direct Burger of the Month connections

× Planning and organizing on and offsite events

× Maintaining brand standards

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
