**Job Title: Line Cook**

**Position Overview**:
As a Line Cook at Queen’s Harbour, you are a vital part of our kitchen team, working behind the scenes to create and prepare exceptional dishes that embody our vision. You will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on quality, consistency, and creativity. Your role will be essential in ensuring that every dish is prepared to perfection, contributing to an outstanding guest experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- ** Prepare Exceptional Dishes**: Follow recipes and standards to create MediterrAsian-inspired dishes, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate.
- ** Maintain Cleanliness and Organization**: Keep your workstation clean and organized, adhering to all sanitation and safety standards.
- ** Support the Team**: Work closely with other cooks and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations during service.
- ** Stay Proactive**: Monitor the flow of orders, prioritize tasks, and anticipate the needs of the team to keep service running smoothly.
- ** Manage Food Prep**: Prepare ingredients and pre-cook items as needed to support the kitchen during busy shifts.
- ** Maintain Quality Standards**: Ensure all dishes meet the restaurant's standards for taste, presentation, and portioning.
- ** Close with Care**: Properly clean and sanitize your station at the end of your shift, ensuring the kitchen is ready for the next service.
**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years of experience
- Culinary Knowledge
- Basic Knife Skills
- Proficiency in operating kitchen equipment is essential.
- Strong skills in various cooking techniques are necessary.
- In-depth knowledge and adherence to sanitation and safety procedures are mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team with strong communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills are required to maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and make quick decisions under pressure is essential.
